The work is part of the project Thoughts from the teacup, which was based on a book written and illustrated by Maria Mateescu, and an exhibition at the National Museum of Literature.
The book "Thoughts from the Teacup" is about a self-encounter over a cup of tea. The idea of thoughts in a teacup is a consequence, a result expressed after I realized that self-analysis, and then, self-education of the mind is important and influences any subsequent external action.
This process of observing one's own train of thought, when a distance, a space is created between oneself and one's thoughts, seemed amazing and amusing at the same time.
The painting is suitable for those who love talking over a cup of tea, for thinkers and those who are attracted to the profound meaning of things.
Dimensions: 24/33 cm
It is an art print made using the giclée technique on special Fine Art Matte paper with a matte, velvety finish.
